The ship with a load of 2,734 tons owned by Kwek Kee Seng, Singapore Nationality, who has not been arrested.

From August to December 2019, Courageous stopped transmitting its location information illegally.

The American Ministry of Justice said that Kwek tried to hide by using Binh Phong Company, lied to international transport agencies to Courageous avoided detected.
