Twins, Tori Howard and Tara Drinkard, were assigned to give birth to twins Addison and Emma Williams in Georgia.

Brannan Williams, father of two girls, said yesterday he was very happy to hear that the twin nurses gave birth to his wife. "I was extremely worried about the birth, but after I heard the news, I felt more comfortable," he said. Rebecca Williams, his wife, gave birth to Addison and Emma three minutes apart on September 25.

The Tori and Tara sisters have worked at the Piedmont Regional Regional Medical Center in Athens, Georgia, USA for many years. However, Tori is in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU), while Tara is in charge of labor and delivery.

In cases where infants need to be transferred to the NICU room, nurses from both units will be available to assist in the delivery. Each child needs a nurse, which means twins need two nurses.

Despite working at the medical center for a long time, Tara and Tori have never worked in the delivery room. The couple learned they had this opportunity for the first time just an hour before Rebecca's birth.

The Williams couple appreciates this coincidence very much. Brannan said he asked Tara and Tori for advice on how to raise twins, and hoped Addison and Emma would also appreciate a special relationship with the two nurses when the babies were old enough.
