Trump believes that no Republican member could beat him in the 2024 primary election if he ran for president again.

Before the speech, Trump won the CPAC poll, with 55% of respondents saying they would vote for him in the presumptive 2024 Republican primary ballot.
In a poll without Trump, DeSantis leads with 43% support, Noem behind with 11%.
