South Korea's largest airline Korean Air closed its office near Incheon International Airport after a flight crew member became infected with nCoV.

The Korea Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (KCDC) informed the airline of employees identified with corona virus infection, Korean Air spokesman today said. Korean Air has closed its office near Incheon International Airport, where the crew meeting room is located.

The Covid-19 outbreak has been reported in 35 countries and territories after the outbreak in Wuhan, China in December 2019. The epidemic has infected more than 80,000 people and killed more than 2,700. South Korea currently records 893 cases, of which 9 have died, making it the second largest outbreak in the world after mainland China.

The two largest outbreaks in Daegu City and Cheongdo County, North Gyeongsang Province continue to expand, accounting for three-quarters of nCoV infections in the country. Many nCoV-infected patients in South Korea are involved in the New Heavenly Church in Daegu. Nearly all major Korean provinces and cities recorded nCoV infections, including Seoul and Busan.

The South Korean government plans to test more than 200,000 members of the Tianjin Heavenly sect church in Daegu. The leader of Tan Thien Dia agreed to give the government the names of all the sect members in Korea, estimated at 215,000 people.
