The Chinese military deployed another 2,600 medical doctors to Wuhan to cope with the corona virus, 1,400 people set out today.

These military medical physicians will refer to how to operate the Fire Spirit Son field hospital to undertake the diagnosis and treatment for patients infected with corona virus at Thai Khang Dong Te Wuhan Hospital and Health Hospital. Mothers and Children of Hubei Branch, according to February 13 statement of the Chinese military.

These two hospitals will have an additional 1,560 beds with diagnostic and treatment support equipment for nCoV-infected patients.

2,600 doctors and nurses were mobilized from units of the 5 Chinese army units as well as armed police. The first group of 1,400 people went to Wuhan today and will soon be attending the treatment of patients.

China sent three medical armies of 4,000 people to Wuhan to fight Covid-19, many of whom have experienced SARS and Ebola outbreaks. Hoa Than Son field hospital with 1,000 beds is currently operated by 1,400 military medical personnel.

The Covid-19 outbreak started in Wuhan in December 2019, then spread to all of China's 31 provinces. Covid-19 is currently present in 26 countries and territories around the world with more than 60,000 cases, the number of deaths is 1,368 in China and one in the Philippines.

Hubei Province decided to change the method of calculating the number of nCoV cases from February 13 to match reports from other provinces. According to the new calculation, clinically diagnosed cases of viral infections will be counted in the number of new cases instead of based on the test results as before.
