Biden argues that Trump can still win the election this year by instilling skepticism that voters don't vote.
"It is not over until the bell is over. I find it superstitious to predict anything about the election outcome, other than that it will be a tough match," said the party presidential candidate.
"However, you know, I don't underestimate his playstyle," added Biden.
The White House boss has long sought to raise doubts about the legality of postal voting, constantly making unfounded accusations about how these ballots were dropped and counted.
However, Biden said he is still satisfied with the high turnout rate in the states for early elections.
Biden's statement comes as November 3 election polls show that the advantage is in his favor.
Before the November 3 election day, mail voting, which was considered by many Democrats to be a safer way in the context of the Covid-19 epidemic, was still complicated.
