The Thai Prime Minister's Office resigned today, becoming the fifth person in Prayut Chan-ocha's cabinet to resign in five days.
Yaowapa Boorapolchai, a spokesman for Chart Pattana Party, said the party leader had decided to let Tewan Liptapanlop, Prime Minister's Office Prayut Chan-ocha, resign to make way for the cabinet reform.

This is the 5th member of the Thai cabinet to resign within the past 5 days.
Mr Tewan is the only member of the Chart Pattana party in Prime Minister Prayut's cabinet.
Prayut, 66, has been in power since 2014 after a military coup to overthrow Prime Minister Yingluck Shinawatra.
