Sweden on a small boat passing through the ice waters off the Grebbestad Islands, Lotta Klemming hunts the most delicious oyster species in the world.
The Grebbestad Islands in the west of Sweden are the habitat of Ostrea Edulis, the famous oysters of Europe, with different sizes and flavors compared to farms in the farm.
Hunting divers Lotta Klemming sat on the boat in the Grebbestad Islands area, west of Sweden, on January 31.
Lotta Klemming, 31, is one of the few persistent divers soak in the cold water area to collect this oyster species.
In order to fight colds, Klemming wears a fur hat and wearing thick wool gloves.
"The oysters have extremely bold flavors," Klemming describes, adding that the special aftertaste of this dish is consolidated with black beer.
After collecting a few baskets, father and son klemming on the boat and returned to Grebbestad village.

Although growing up at Grebbestad, the coastal village near the Norwegian border, in a family with traditions as divers, Klemming never plans to follow this work.
The 31-year-old woman said that the change in occupation is not merely related to livelihoods.
Pandemic Covid-19 heavily influenced by Klemming's work, when her oyster harvest restaurants placed less because diners had to stay home.
"One thing I always wanted to do every week is diving. You can compare this with yoga or meditation," she said.
