An illegal immigrant worker who was prosecuted for a criminal crime caused deadly in the train accident caused 49 people to die in Taiwan.
Taiwanese prosecutor on April 16 prosecuted Li Yi-Hsiang's driver for a criminal crime to lethal in the railway accident, causing 49 people to die and 200 people were injured earlier this month.
The truck was originally stuck in the bush on the nearby road, before plunging down the slope and blocking the rails.
Li Yi-Hsiang suspect was suppressed by police in Hoa Lien district, Taiwan on April 4.
Li's assistant, newly identified as HWA, with two Taiwanese supervisors of a construction site near the track, was also prosecuted for cranes causing death.
Li also faces the fleeing crime of the scene, which may be punished for a maximum of 7 years in prison.
"Instead of looking for professional help, they daid trying to pull the car in the wrong method, making the wheelchair down the steep", the prosecutor of Hoa Lien district said.
Li, 49, is a member of the railway maintenance team under the contract, regularly checking Taiwan's eastern mountain railway to find landslides and other hazards.

The railway on Taiwan island is considered to be reliable and effective, but recently some deadly accidents occur.
