Foreign Minister Bui Thanh Son proposed to use ASEAN Fund to respond to Covid-19 to buy vaccines for countries when speaking at the 29th ACC conference.

Foreign Minister Bui Thanh Son leads the Vietnamese delegation to attend the 29th ASEAN Coordination Council (ACC) conference in the form of online this afternoon.
