Loosening the measure of restrictions to travel is applied by former US President Donald Trump as a turning point in Biden's policy, responding to the European Unit in the time of stressful diplomatic relations.
According to US media, the new regulation will be open to the person who has suffered enough noses and people participating in the non-approved vaccine vaccine trial in the UK, the policy applies to about 40,000 people.
Currently, American citizens, permanent residents and foreigners with special visas are allowed to enter the US from most European countries.
