Ukraine said it could not guarantee the security of the IAEA delegation at the Russian Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant controlled by the Russian area.
Ukrainian energy minister Herman Halushchenko said that the situation around the Russian -controlled Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant is still a mess.
Halushchenko told the General Director of IAEA Rafael Grossi that security was his responsibility.
Mr. Grossi seems to be confident to accept risks.
Grossi General Director will return to Novoolksandrivka today, Mr. Halushchenko emphasized.
The 14 -person delegation led by Grossi went to Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant, southern Ukraine this afternoon.
