A Turkish official rejected the Russian news agency that Ankara signed a contract to buy Moscow's second S-400 system.

TASS news agency today quoted the head of Russian military cooperation agency Dmitry Shugayev said that the S-400 missile deal was signed by Ankara and Moscow, which allows Turkey
