The United Nations Secretary General condemned the Odessa Port Raid, calling for Russia and related parties to carry out a newly signed cereal agreement.

Farhan HAQ, spokesman for UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres, today said Guterres violently condemned the ambush targeting Odessa port of Ukraine.
