The villagers accused the police destroyed the temple, but the authorities rejected, said it was built on the disputed land.
The police said the temple was built by Lokesh Kumar Srivastava thanks to the donations of the locals.
Lokesh also owns a piece of land with two more Nagesh Kumar Srivastava and Jai Prakash Srivastava.
