The Ambassador of EU countries agreed to reopen the border of the block with full vaccinated people from other areas or people from "safe" countries.

Ambassador from 27 EU countries today approved the proposal of the European Commission, allowing the person who had injected the dose of the vaccine to be licensed by the EU.

Diplomats said they proposed to loosen the above-mentioned spending criteria to 75 cases of over 100,000 people, to expand the "safe" national list.
