Thailand mobilized two F-16 fighters to raid after a Myanmar jet invasion of airspace.

The Royal Air Force Thailand said that two F-16 fighters were deployed after an airplane was not determined to invade the airspace in Tak province, the West of the country, bordering the Myamnar border.

The Thai military attache in Yangon was required to coordinate with Myanmar relevant agencies to send warnings and find measures to prevent similar incidents in the future.

A official in Tak province said that some bullets were shot across the border and fell on the Thai territory in the fight in Myanmar on June 29.

Myanmar's aircraft appeared in Phop Phra district, Tak province, Thailand on June 30.

Since Aung San Suu Kyi's civilian government was overthrown, thousands of Myanmar had fled to Thailand for asylum.

The Myanmar military recently conducted air strikes and shelling in 5 days of fierce fighting in Kayin state, adjacent to Tak province, according to Saw Nerdah Mya, a member of Karen National Defense Organization, one of the groups

The clashes occurred in the context of the ASEAN Prak Sokhonn ASEAN Foreign Minister visiting Myanmar for 5 days to try to restore diplomatic relations being delayed between the Government Army and the rebellion.

Nearly 700,000 people were forced to evacuate since Suu Kyi's government was overthrown last year, according to the United Nations statistics in May.

Myanmar announced that Ms. Suu Kyi was transferred from home to solitary confinement at the prison set by the military in the capital Naypyidaw.
