Rosneft oil group filed a lawsuit against the German government for taking control of its refineries in the country.

We confirm that we have received a lawsuit, the Federal Administration Court in Leipzig City, Eastern Germany, October 14 announced.

Rosneft always fulfills its commitment in Germany, existing contracts in good trade practices and has no political influence, despite the conflict in Ukraine, Malmendier Law Firm on October 13 said.

German officials have not commented on the lawsuit of the Russian Group.

The German Government last month took control of Rosneft subsidiaries, authorized to manage them to the federal network management agency (BNETZA).
