Russia announced the use of guiding missiles to raid targets in the southern city of Mykolaiv, killing more than 420 Ukrainian soldiers.

According to General Konashenkov, the first offensive with a rocket targeted the shipyard in Mykolaiv, killing more than 350 Ukrainian soldiers and about 20 reserve weapons of the Kakhovka tactical team was destroyed.
