Russian security arrested eight Russians, Ukraine and Armenia on allegations related to the explosion of the Crimea Bridge, and thought that Ukrainian intelligence was behind the incident.
The Russian Federation Security Agency (FSB) announced that the arrest of five Russians, three Ukrainian and Armenia citizens for participating in the process of preparing the Kerch Bridge attack in the Crimea peninsula on October 8.
The mastermind of the attack was the General Department of Defense Intelligence Ukraine, under the leadership of director Kirill Budanov, FSB said in the general statement with the Russian Federation Investigation Commission.
Russian investigators believe that explosives hidden in polyethylene materials were transferred from Odessa port in southern Ukraine to Bulgaria's Rose city in early August under the contract between Ukraine Translogistik and Baltex Capital SA.
These goods were cleared in Armenia in early October, then the papers were swapped to send to the address of a ghost company in the Crimea peninsula by truck.

The Russian Security Agency said the entire process of transportation of this explosive number was controlled by a Ukrainian defense intelligence official Ivan Ivanovich.
FSB emphasized the investigation continued, warning all those who play an organization and accomplice in the attack, including foreign citizens, will be responsible before Russian law.
Ukraine has not commented on information nor does it take responsibility for the explosion.
The 19 km long bridge connects the two Kerch straits, between Russia's Krasnodar and the Crimea peninsula, seriously damaged after the big explosion in the morning of October 8.
Russian President Vladimir Putin accused Ukraine the explosion and ordered the conduct of a large -scale raid with missiles into Kiev and many Ukrainian cities on October 10 to respond.
On the same day, the railway traffic was restored on the bridge, a lane was also reopened for buses and cars.
