President Belarus Lukashenko said that Ukraine could end the battle by negotiating with Russia and concessions to avoid the risk of nuclear war.

Lukashenko also accused the West to seek conflicts with Russia and incite Ukraine conflicts.

According to President Belarus, the Ukrainian government can end the fight if they start negotiating with Russia and accept Moscow's request.
