Moscow condemned the excessive act of the Norwegian diplomat in the country for insulting the Russians when they expressed their angry attitude towards the hotel receptionist.

In the video posted on social networks Telegram on July 30, the woman introduced herself, Elisabeth Ellingen, Norway Consulate in the city of Murmansk in Northwest Russia, expressed annoyance when waiting for the cleaning room.

Spokesman Maria Zakharova said the Russian Foreign Ministry is considering responding to the act of hatred, nationalism and overseas cardiac.

The Norwegian Foreign Affairs said it was very sorry about the incident.

According to the Norwegian Embassy in Russia, the Norwegian Consulate General at Murmansk temporarily closed from July 1 due to the difficult situation in the two countries' relations.

The incident occurred at tensions between Russia and the West because of Russia's campaign in Ukraine, resulting in a series of sanctions from Europe and the United States for Moscow.

In addition to the Ukrainian conflict, Russia and the West also confronted fiercely in an economic battle in which anyone endured more durable will win.

Putin believes that the long battle in Ukraine will make the opponent exhausted, but the West may have many ways to deal with this calculation.
