Two officials in the city of Bengaluru, India, were arrested for accusing bribes to allocate arbitrary beds between the Covid-19 tragedy.

According to Indian Communications on May 4, the two caught officials were identified as Rohit and Netra, in the city of Bengaluru, the capital of Karnataka state, south of the country.

Senator Tejasvi Surya previously accused local officials and early route health workers in Bengaluru collided together to "buy" precious beds between the country's Covid-19 tragedy.

Surya said the early bed was placed for Covid-19 patients treating at home and these patients did not know.

"This is the most disgusting thing that can happen between such a pandemic," Surya MP said, adding that the regional leader committed to handle reporters for changing beds.

India is going through one of the global Covid-19 outbreaks with more than 20.6 million cases and more than 225,000 deaths due to NCOV.
