Tarun Tajpal, former Editor-in-Chief An Indian Famous Magazine, was canceled by the Court of Rape the female colleague in the case in 2013.

The Prosecutor Francisco Tavora of Goa, today announces the Court of Decomposing Rape, sexual harassment and keeping unauthorized people with Tejpal.

Tejpal, 58, founder and former Editor-in-Chief of Tehelka Magazine India, accused of raping female colleagues in the elevator in Goa in November 2013.

The case occurred at the time the world shocked after a collective rape of a university student on the bus in New Delhi in late 2012, raising the protest movement to tighten anti-rape laws.

Tehelka magazine then reported very strongly about gender inequality in India, emphasizing the impressions of the police and the judicial industry with a rape victim, as well as the unusual attitude of the women's women

Many campaigners have criticized the court judgment with Tejpal.
