The German prosecutor opened the investigation after 7 students, an university staff must treat medical treatment with symptoms of poisoning.
The incident occurred at Darmstadt City University of Engineering, south of Frankfurt of Germany on August 23, with 7 people who were poisoned as staff and school students.
Prosecutor Robert Hartmann said a poisoned person was relatively serious, but the victims were likely to be life-threatened.

Police today said poison can be put into milk boxes and water bottles in a building on campus around 20 to 23 August, causing these liquids to smell warmly.
The Prosecutor Hartmann said the officials identified the fact that the contaminated liquids could be deliberately, but there was no information to find the suspect.
