Dozens of people concentrate around a tanker overturned near Malanga Town, Siaya Province, Kenya, to find ways to collect gas leaks on July 17.

It caught up when they were collecting gasoline flowing out.

Officials have not announced the number of injuries.

The same incident happened in 2009 in Molo town, northwest of Nairobi, when the tank car exploded while many people tried to collect gasoline, causing 122 people to kill.
