Xi sent a letter to the President of North Korea before the Chinese Party Congress, calling for the two countries to strengthen dialogue and cooperation.

The North Korean Central News Agency today reported that President Kim Jong-un sent a congratulatory letter to the National Communist Party of China (CCP) for the second time.

In a response to Kim Jong-un leader, Chinese President Xi Jinping said that more importantly than ever, Beijing and Pyongyang strengthened dialogue, solidarity and cooperation.

Xi expressed his willingness to promote the Central -Northern relations, contributing to the greater happiness to the two countries and people of the two countries, as well as the protection of peace and stability in the region and the part.
