The leader of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov said that Russia should consider using small -scale nuclear weapons in Ukraine after a series of defeats on the battlefield.
After Moscow confirmed the withdrawal of the Lyrics in eastern Ukraine, Kadyrov criticized the top Russian branches for their failures.
