BBC "Sorry unconditionally" after the newspaper Bashir was discovered using "tricks" to have a shocking interview with Princess Diana in 1995.
"Indirect and real goals in the tricks of Martin Bashir are Princess Diana," said Retired Judge John Dyson in the independent report announced today.
Dyson said that Bashir puts fake banks for Count Charles Spencer, Princess Diana's brother, "to fool the Earl of Spencer and make him arrange a meeting with Princess Diana."

Bashir persuaded in Princess Diana to interview on the BBC's top "Panorama" program in November 1995 has long asked many questions.
In that interview, the famous Princess said, "Three people" in her marriage, including her, Prince Charles and a long-term mistress, are the wife of Prince, Camilla Parker-Bowles.
Bashir, currently 58 years old, less known at the time of the interview, but there was a famous career on American television networks.
A BBC's previous survey was accused of eliminating Bashir's wrong behavior.
The BBC CEO Heart Daview acknowledged the entire findings of Dyson, that "the process ensures an interview does not match what the audience has the right to expect."
"BBC should have made more effort to learn the end what happened at that time and transparently over what they knew," Davie said.
Bashir also apologized, saying that fake banking statements are "actions that I am extremely regretful".
DAVE also said that Princess "is very interested in the idea of an interview with the BBC".
