US President Joe Biden today also approved the Emergency Declaration of the Florida Governor Ron Desantis, authorizing the Federal Emergency Agency (FEMA) to support local relief efforts.

It is unclear why the Champlain Towers South Building collapses, but experts who identify weather conditions, errors in the design or terrain terrain structure can be factors that occur.

The 12-storey apartment with the Champlain Towers South has more than 130 apartments, about 80 units of which there are people and the collapsed part of 45 units.
