The video was taken from a Russian patrol vehicle showing three fully armed Russian police officers getting out of the car, while a group of American soldiers also approached.

Another source said the cause of the incident was that the US did not agree to Russian patrols patrolling the area, although this was mentioned in an agreement on a "stress reduction protocol" between Washington and Moscow.
Russia and the United States have not commented on the incident.
