John Holton, 30, was rescued from his home in Surrey County by a crane after six years lying in one place because he weighed 317 kg.
Jason Holton, Britain's fattest man, was taken out of his third-floor apartment in the town of Camberley, Surrey County, southern England in a seven-hour rescue campaign involving more than 30 rescuers.
After being taken out of the house by a crane on a specialized stretcher, Holton was taken to the hospital in a special ambulance to treat lymphedema, a chronic condition that causes fluid retention and swelling in the hospital.
"I ate so much I couldn't move anymore," Horton said, saying it costs $ 13,000 a year to order food through the app.
However, he eventually called for help, overcoming a major operation even when warned that he might not survive.
"I told the lifeguards to go on, or else I would just die in the apartment. It's amazing because this was the first time in six years that I could get some fresh air," Holton recalled.
Holton became Britain's fattest person in 2015, after a 33-year-old who weighed more than 400 kg died.
"I was so scared, afraid of losing my son," said Ms. Leisa, Holton's mother.
Holton is proposing to the UK government to develop laws to limit the number of meals that online services are allowed to deliver to a household.
"I think eating is always comforting, but it's out of control," Holton said.
