An Israeli professor said that Trump knew information about the aliens and almost revealed it if not prevented by the "Federation of Galaxies".

"The US government and the aliens signed an agreement, allowing them to conduct experiments on Earth," said Professor Haim Eshed, who served as Israel's space program director from 1981 to 2010,

According to Eshed, a retired general and a highly respected professor in Israel, US President Donald Trump was aware of the existence of aliens on Earth.

"The aliens have asked not to openly about their existence, because humanity is not ready," Eshed said.

However, he said the aliens from an organization called the Federation of the Milky Way prevented Trump from disclosing this information so as not to cause "large-scale panic".

He also claimed that the aliens and American astronauts were working together on a secret underground base on Mars.

However, Edshed did not provide any evidence for his claims.

The White House and Israeli officials did not respond to a request for comment on Eshed's statement.

One of the agency's main goals is to find life in space, but so far, they have not found any signs of, a spokesman for the US Aerospace Agency (NASA) said.

"Even though we haven't found any signs of extraterrestrial life, NASA is still exploring the solar system and this is helping us answer some of the fundamental questions, like whether we are alone in this universe.
