When filing a lawsuit against Ghislaine for libel in 2015, Giuffre alleged that she was forced to have sex with Prince Andrew at three locations: London, New York and Virgin Island. However, Ghislaine denies and points out the inaccuracies in the dates and figures Giuffre provided.

In last month's interview with the BBC, Prince Andrew strongly denied Giuffre's allegations. "It couldn't be because I seemed to be at home with my kids that day," he said. "I have no memory of meeting this woman at all."
