At least 23 rockets were fired to the Green Zone of Kabul, Afghanistan, on November 21, killing 8 people and injuring dozens.
Tariq Arian, a spokesman for the Afghan Interior Ministry, said "terrorists" mounted rockets on a pickup truck and then opened fire.

"Based on preliminary information, eight people were killed and 31 others were injured," Arian said, noting that the final number of casualties will change.
Several buildings were damaged, including the Sana Medical Complex.
"The collision broke windows, collapsed the desk and damaged some parts of the wall. I screamed for help and called on the other staff to evacuate the hospitalized children," Rahimi said.

Taliban militants denied involvement in the attack, claiming they "never fired unintentionally at public places".
The incident rang alarm bells in the Green Zone, home to many foreign embassies in the capital Kabul, and took place two days before a major donor conference for Afghanistan was held in Geneva, Switzerland.
