Crown Prince Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan presented Putin with a gold-plated Emirates palace model at a ceremony in Abu Dhabi on October 15.

Russian President Vladimir Putin on October 15 visited the United Arab Emirates (UAE). After the welcome ceremony at Qasr Al Watan Palace in Abu Dhabi, UAE Prince Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan presented Putin with a gold-plated model of the Emirates palace, where the royal family once lived.

In return, the Russian president presented Prince White Nahyan with a white-cut bird, similar to the previous gift to the Saudi king.

However, the white-cut bird presented to the Crown Prince of the UAE this time seems to "know better" than the female-named bird Alpha defecated on the floor of the Saudi palace on October 14.

Earlier, President Putin was solemnly greeted by Crown Prince Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan upon arriving in Abu Dhabi and on a long journey to Qasr Al Watan palace. In the motorcade of the host country, there are a number of cars painted in the same color as the Russian traffic police vehicle, with the symbol ДПС featured on the hood.
