But the second landing was unfavorable, as the landing gear collapsed, causing the plane of the Turkish airline to sharpen its nose down the runway and plunge into the lawn outside. The scene image shows the plane several meters from the runway, nose to the ground.

It is unclear why the more the aircraft crashed. All passengers on the flight were safe after the incident and were evacuated out by the emergency slide.

A private Dubai aircraft also encountered a similar problem with the landing gear when taking off at Odessa airport. The crew must cancel take off and the airport is closed for two hours.

Some aviation experts believe that the two incidents of grinding the nose down the runway in one day show that the infrastructure of Odessa airport is not enough to meet the current needs.
