Iranian authorities last week admitted the air defense force made a mistake and shot down a civilian airliner of the International Airlines of Ukraine, numbered PS752, shortly after it took off on January 8, causing all 176

The victims on the plane are mostly Iranians, Canadians, but also include citizens from Sweden, Britain, Afghanistan and Ukraine, including 9 crew members.

Iran has repeatedly made a contradictory statement about how to deal with an aircraft black box, once it has declared it self-decoding or can send it to the French Civil Aviation Safety Investigation and Analysis Bureau (BEA).

According to the regulations of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), the black box aircraft will be analyzed in the country where the accident occurred.

Ukraine participated in the investigation as the country where the aircraft was registered and operated.
