Harry - Meghan signed a multi-year contract with Netflix to produce shows exclusively for this online entertainment company.

The shows The Duke and Duchess Sussex will be producing include scripted series, documentary series, reportage and children's shows, Netflix said in a statement on Monday.

The financial terms of the contract were not disclosed.

In January, Harry and his wife announced they would withdraw from the British royal family, dividing the time living between England and North America.

"Our focus is on creating content that not only provides information, but also gives hope," the Harry couple said on the same day.
