USABenny Garcia in Massachusetts was arrested after a 5-year-old son brought a bag of cocaine to school and showed it to his teacher.
The boy brought a small cocaine bag with Spider-Man's picture to Lawrence Kindergarten in Holyoke City, Massachusetts, USA on November 14 and showed the teacher that when he put the powder inside, he felt like "like him. Spider, "said Lt. Jim Albert, Holyoke police.
The teacher immediately informed the principal and the person called the police afterwards. An ambulance was dispatched to take him to the hospital for a checkup, even though the cocaine bag had not been opened yet. Officials say they do not believe the boy used cocaine.
Holyoke police raided the boy's home, discovering Benny Garcia, his father, storing 38 bags of cocaine and 70 bags of heroin in the house. Garcia has an unexplained drug arrest warrant and may now face additional allegations. He will appear in court on November 20.
Police said they also discovered a woman and an infant living in Garcia's house. The two children were then taken to a child support center.
