"China needs to maintain a prudent, flexible and appropriate monetary policy, based on market conditions and economic growth needs, to maintain reasonable liquidity," said Deputy Prime Minister Liu He.
The Deputy Prime Minister added that he will continue to promote full openness, creating a fairer competition environment in the banking, insurance, securities, asset management and other sectors.
