After being described as "the puppet" of the far left, Biden responded by calling Trump the first racist president.

The "counter-response" of former Vice President Joe Biden, the Democratic candidate, was launched on July 22, in an online conference with voters organized by the International Federation of Labor Service Industry, after

Biden expressed sympathy with concerns about Trump's frequent use of nCoV as a "Chinese virus", saying that "the way he treats people based on skin color and where they come from is really bad."

"The United States has never had such a president. It has never been. No other Republican president has ever acted like that, and neither has the Democratic president," Biden added.

Trump and many other White House officials often refer to nCoV as "Chinese virus", "Wuhan virus" and even "Kung Flu", almost like "Kung Fu", referring to Chinese martial arts.

The day before, Biden also accused the Trump administration of federal agents suppressing "ruthlessly" peaceful protesters in Portland.

Asked about Biden's comments, Trump avoided direct mention to his opponent, instead saying he had "done a lot more things for black Americans than anyone except Abraham Lincoln."

Katrina Pierson, senior adviser for Trump's campaign, criticized Biden and pointed out many of his past comments on the issue.

"President Trump cherishes everyone, strives to empower all Americans and receives more support from black voters than any Republican presidential candidate in modern history," Pierson said.

Colby Itkowitz and John Wagner, two editors for the Washington Post, did not agree with Biden's view that Trump was the first racist president of the United States.

Symone Sanders, Biden's senior adviser, also admitted Trump was not the first racist president, but said he was the only person in modern American history.

The debate between Trump and Biden is increasingly "heated" when there are just over 100 days left before the Americans officially vote for president.

Trump's new campaign manager announces the new operational plan.

Trump's election team is expected to take advantage of more than 100 days before the election to build Biden, the former vice president of the United States, as "a tool of the leftist".

Trump's campaign is also trying to exploit one of Biden's "Achilles heel" aspects: age.

Many have criticized Trump's "attack" for saying it should not appear in politics.

Biden also repeatedly responded to attacks from Trump and most recently accused the opponent of being the "first racist president" of the United States.

Biden's campaign on July 22 posted a video of Barack Obama's appearance on his social media accounts, in which the two criticized the way Trump dealt with Covid-19.

"Can you imagine you're the president but say 'it's not my responsibility, I'm not responsible'?" Biden said.

"We didn't say those words while we were in office," Obama said in the video.

Trump recently "lost points" against Biden in public opinion polls.

Taking advantage of this, Biden continues to announce new plans to "elicit" electors.

On July 21, Biden announced a $ 775 billion plan for 10 years to invest in the US child and elderly care system.

Throughout the campaign, Joe Biden tried to deliver a single message: I care about people, Annie Linskey and Matt Viser, two Washington Post editors.

Maria Urbina, national policy director of the Indivisible radical resident group, said Trump could hardly "bid" Biden down with current strategies.

"If you look at the places Trump lost support and where Biden is winning it, the former vice president of the United States is creating continuous and extensive support," Urbina said.
