"This is where Dominion's untrustworthy machines have moved Trump's 6,000 votes to Biden. Biden's vote events skyrocketed due to the Dominion system happening throughout the state," Giuliani continued, as a way

However, the Antrim county judge's ruling on December 4 has nothing to do with the presidential election.

According to the voter's complaint, the ballots were damaged during the re-count, causing the approval of the marijuana retail proposal from "tie" to "pass" thanks to the tight spread.

The voter also alleges that some of the votes for the Republican candidates have been passed to Democrats, but the court's ruling does not mention this allegation.

Trump suffered a series of failures when filing lawsuits in Michigan and other battlefield states in an attempt to overturn election results.

Biden won over Trump in Michigan with a difference of 156,643 votes, or 2.8 percentage points, and won the presidential election with 306 electoral votes.

The total number of electors in the US is 538. To become president, a candidate must win at least 270 votes.
